Nutrition Coaching Level 1 Platinum

Fitness Programming

Customized Nutrition, Fitness & Strength Programming and Coaching

  • Comprehensive on-boarding movement and mobility assessment, in person or via Google Meet (included with fitness coaching and programming).

If you don't already have a fitness program in place, then you need to start one. If you've been active in the past and need professional, expert guidance, we can design an effective program together that will be personalized to your unique physical needs and capacity.

 

All fitness/strength coaching programs begin with a comprehensive movement analysis that we conduct online via video uploads. I'll provide instructions and guidance to assist you in doing the assessment. Then we base your programming on the results of your movement assessment and your personal goals.
